So yesterday, after shopping for some uni bits (oh and yes I got into uni last week EEEK), I ended up having a wander around a charity shop in my local town. I'll be honest and say that when I first started looking I didn't think I would find anything I liked but I was so wrong! I ended up buying 5 cardigans and a tank top. I couldn't believe how cheap they were and they were all in amazing condition, I'll admit I was shocked. I know what you're thinking, who needs 5 cardigans and I probably don't so I may end up selling a couple of them on however they were all so pretty and for £2 I really couldn't resist.
I do have a slight obsession with cardigans at the minute though, they are the perfect summer staple for a very British summer. I had been looking for a yellow one like the one in the image on Depop so I was very happy about finding this one for £2. I recently bought the green Zara cardigan you may have seen on my Instagram from Depop which I am also obsessed with, it goes with everything and I am obsessed with the pastel green colour. Another bargain I found was the black and cream cardigan which kind of gives me Chanel vibes? I was so happy when I saw this as I had recently seen Sinead Crowe wearing a similar one from & Other Stories on Instagram which I loved and this one was only £6. And it still had the original tags on! As you can probably tell this was my first time buying from a charity shop and I loved it. I think buying secondhand is so much more interesting than just going into a shop and buying something that everyone else probably has. Don't get me wrong I still love that feeling of buying new clothes but once you've worn it a couple of times its only the same as something from a charity shop anyway.
I also have to mention my favourite Depop find yet: these baby pink converse. They cost me £13.50 and are in amazing condition. I have always loved converse as they are such an easy shoe to style so when I saw these pastel pink ones I had to have them.
So that's all of my recent second-hand fashion finds, if you want to see more of them they will probably feature on my Instagram over the next few weeks so make sure to follow me @ysabellejackson.
Thanks for reading xx
