MY SPRING/SUMMER WISHLIST

Happy Easter! Spring is officially here so let’s have a look at what’s on my spring/summer wish list.

Last weekend I put my winter wardrobe away and brought out all my summer pieces. As much as I love summer, I always seem to struggle with what to wear, and I think that is because I don’t have a ‘staple summer wardrobe’. Therefore, I picked out some items I no longer wear and posted them on my Depop leaving space in my wardrobe for some key spring/summer pieces.

One item I keep seeing repeatedly on Instagram and am definitely missing from my wardrobe is a blue and white striped shirt. For weeks I have been looking for the perfect one and I think I have finally found one on Zara. I have recently been cutting down on my consumption of fast fashion however, I know this will be something I wear over and over again. I can’t wait to get my hands on this and style it up.

Something else I am missing from my spring/summer wardrobe is dresses. I have a couple of plain ones currently however I want to venture out and buy some cutesy summer dresses this year. I currently have my eye on a couple on Depop and there is one gorgeous gingham dress from Zara which I love. I want a style of dress that I can both dress up and dress down as I know I will then get my wear out of them.

Moving onto shoes and accessories, I found the most gorgeous chunky sandals on Stradivarius’ website recently. I do already have a black pair however I think the cream colour would match so much. And in terms of bags, I have my eye on a basket bag from Mango. This isn’t something I would usually go for but as this summer will consist of a lot of picnics and staycations, I think this bag would be perfect for that.

So that’s some things currently on my wish list, I will insert some images below of the items I have mentioned and other items that I also have my eye on.
