S/S 21 TRENDS: THINK PINK

A colour that returns every spring and summer is pink, and it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere anytime soon. People often associate pink with femininity and playfulness but it doesn’t have to be just that. In 2021 anyone can wear pink and it seems this spring/summer everyone is loving it.

When scrolling through Instagram lately I have seen an array of pink shades. Pink shoes, pink knitwear, pink bags and pink trousers. And a fabulous pink suit I saw @gracelotti wearing on Instagram. I think as lockdown starts to ease and we can finally leave the house again, we are reaching for those outfits that make us feel happy and confident. And pink is the perfect colour for that. Plus, there are so many different shades of it, it’s so easy to wear. Whether you want to go for a more subtle tone with baby pink or make a statement with bubblegum pink, that is entirely down to you.

I am obsessed with all of these looks. I love @indiaamoon's combination of pink and orange for summer but @Laura.byrnes' subtle dash of pink with her tailored trousers is also gorgeous. The combination of the muted pink and the more coral shade is stunning in @londonblogger's photo. And the bright pops of colour in @gracelotti and @iamcharlotteolivia's pics are amazing. Then finally the pink claw clip that @sophiesuchan is styling is perfect if you want to look girly but put together. Obsessed.
